The World Of Work is Changing

The fabric of work is changing. Workers in the “gig economy” expect to be able to work on-demand and have the flexibility in both the choice of roles they take as well as how they work within an organisation. C-suite leaders are facing increased pressure to keep costs low and are starting to discover the wasted cost in finding workers that may already be “known” in their systems and Hiring Managers need to find people quickly to get things done.

With this shift, companies are now challenged to think about their workforce and approach to talent very differently – holocracy vs centralization, putting humans at the centre vs the business process and enabling talent pools to be created as and when the work arises. The need to rethink your workforce and have all the talent available to you, accessible on demand, has become critical to remaining competitive.
