Website Processing Activities

Adepto uses and processes different types of information to provide you with the Services. This includes:

  • User information. This is information that is captured when you submit a form via our website. Certain profile information is also pre-populated via HubSpot through your company domain. The data that we capture includes name, job title, email address, country location. In some instances, your information may be created through an alternative exchange with Adepto such as an email exchange or face to face meeting.
  • Technical information. This is information we collect when you interact with our Website. Technical information refers to information about your computer and your visits to the Websites such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed.

However, we will normally collect personal information from you only where the processing is in our legitimate interests and not overridden by your rights, or where we have your consent to do so.  In some cases, we may also have a legal obligation to collect personal information from you or may otherwise need the personal information to protect your vital interests or those of another person. If we rely on our legitimate interests, this interest is normally to perform the processing activities identified above.
